Today, the network spans regions of South Florida, the Treasure Coast, and the southwestern and central parts of the state.<\/p>\n<h2>Partnership Philosophy and Deal Terms<\/h2>\n<p>According to Tomalti, both enterprises adhere to the principle of <strong>prioritizing patient interests and clinical judgment independence of physicians<\/strong>, which makes them natural partners. The founder of Northstar will retain a stake in the business and will continue to contribute to the network&#8217;s development. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<h2>Quality Assessment and Expansion Strategy<\/h2>\n<p>Nathan Chaply, president of Dentalcorp, noted that Northstar meets the company&#8217;s high standards. &#8220;As we expand throughout North America, we are focused on partnering with organizations of similar quality, and our portfolio of opportunities demonstrates that our model is attractive to the industry,&#8221; he clarified.<\/p>\n<h2>Scale of Dentalcorp Operations<\/h2>\n<p>As a result of the acquisition, the total number of practices supported by Dentalcorp exceeded 650. Approximately six million patients pass through its clinics annually.<\/p>\n<h2>Support Model and Benefits for Dentists<\/h2>\n<p>Dentalcorp&#8217;s development model allows practice owners to realize the value of their businesses, potentially while retaining financial interest and the right to clinical practice. At the same time, physicians gain access to centralized support in the areas of administration, human resources management, technology implementation, and procurement optimization, while maintaining <strong>clinical independence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Investment Context<\/h2>\n<p>In January of this year, Dentalcorp was acquired by investment funds affiliated with American private equity firm GTCR.
