Modern dentistry is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation, shaping new clinical and educational paradigms on a global scale.<\/p>\n
In this context the key factor of progress becomes not only the development of technologies, but also the effective translation of knowledge between practice and science; from 4 to 7 September 2026 Prague will host FDI World Dental Congress<\/strong>, an event uniting practitioners, researchers and industry groups in a multi-format educational and exhibition ecosystem of international level.<\/p>\n Participation of specialists from more than 90 countries confirms the profound transformation of international professional cooperation and diffusion of clinical knowledge; at the same time the most important tasks are standardization<\/strong> and validation of clinical protocols<\/strong> adapted to digital workflows and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n The congress functions not only as an educational platform but also as a venue for integrating high-precision digital solutions into clinical practice \u2014 methodologies for multicenter clinical trials are discussed, outcome criteria including objective indicators and patient-reported outcome measures, as well as requirements for reproducibility of workflows in implantology, prosthetic dentistry and regenerative protocols.<\/p>\n The extensive scientific program includes interdisciplinary sessions, masterclasses and an exhibition, ensuring synchronization of standards and clinically validated methods; particular value is represented by the integration of digital technologies, validation of AI solutions<\/strong>, demonstration of reproducible workflows and discussion of data quality issues and explainability of algorithms.<\/p>\n The program is aimed at demonstrating reproducible clinical workflows \u2014 from scanning using intraoral scanners and CBCT to CAD\/CAM procedures, guided surgery and 3D-printed restorations; registration is open, meanwhile participants can take advantage of preferential rates until 4 June 2026, which accelerates access to international knowledge and stimulates participation of young specialists and research groups.<\/p>\n The patronage of the Prime Minister and representatives of ministries reflects recognition of the importance of oral health in public health policy; the choice of Prague emphasizes transnational dynamics, demonstrating reforms in Czech dentistry, strengthening of human resource capacity and improved accessibility of services.<\/p>\nTransformation as a key factor<\/h2>\n
