The fifth edition of the company\u2019s global digital dentistry meeting ran over two days under the theme \u201cCalling all heroes\u201d and aimed to foster multidisciplinary exchange among laboratory and clinical practitioners.<\/p>\n<h2>What was presented and who participated<\/h2>\n<p>The programme combined plenary presentations, focused partner sessions, hands-on laboratory content and an innovation expo. International speakers provided perspectives on interdisciplinary workflows, aesthetic concepts, communication-driven treatment planning and the digital patient. Presenters named in the programme included Dr Alexis Ioannidis (Switzerland), Caroline Kirkpatrick (Scotland), Dr Zhiqiang Luo (China\/US), Seth Potter (Canada), Prof. Dr. Marco Tallarico (Italy), Lukas Wichnalek (Germany\/Mexico) and Michaela Sehnert (Germany).<\/p>\n<p>Diamond partner sessions included Dr Christian Coachman (Brazil) presenting on the \u201c7 steps towards modern dentistry.\u201d A dedicated Advanced Restorative Treatment (ART) session featuring contributors from IDI Evolution (Italy) focused on digital workflows and multidisciplinary collaboration, and addressed the role of exocad ART in supporting clinical outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>exocad leadership delivered a \u201cWhat\u2019s new, what\u2019s next\u201d update with CEO Tillmann Steinbrecher, CTO Maik Gerth, CCO Novica Savic and senior product marketing manager Nilou Sotouhi. An image from the event captioned by the organiser showed Tillmann Steinbrecher alongside Niloofar Sotouhi.<\/p>\n<h2>Key highlights<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>An innovation expo showcased new materials, equipment and CAD\/CAM solutions from Diamond, Platinum and Gold partners.<\/li>\n<li>Sixty breakout sessions allowed technicians and clinicians to examine workflow optimisation, practical applications and real-world use cases for exocad software in greater detail.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth laboratory sessions led by exocad application specialists focused on workflow implementation and practical innovation in digital dentistry.<\/li>\n<li>Community and networking activities included the \u201cexoGlam night,\u201d a \u201cWomen in Dentistry\u201d lunch and other structured opportunities for peer exchange.<\/li>\n<li>exocad introduced a new spotlight country concept, starting with China, and supported a charitable initiative through sales of branded merchandise to raise funds for a dental non-profit organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Relevance for dental practice<\/h2>\n<p>Insights 2026 emphasised multidisciplinary collaboration and practical workflow exchange between laboratories and clinics.
