A holistic dentist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of snoring, sleep apnea, bruxism, TMJ dysfunctions, and airway problems. He graduated from Latrobe University (BSc and MSc in Dentistry), later received a Diploma in Dental Sleep Medicine from the University of Western Australia, as well as a Fellowship from ASA. He received a certificate in acupuncture from AMAC.

Since 2013, he has completed a mini-residency in TMD and Dental Sleep Medicine with Dr. Steven Olmos. In 2014, he worked at the first TMJ & Sleep Therapy center in Darwin, then founded the Melbourne Dental Sleep Clinic and became a consultant at the Melbourne TMJ & Facial Pain Centre and the Sleep Respiratory Physicians at Lung and Sleep Victoria.

Dr Teo hosts international educational events every year, including the TMD & Sleep Mini Residency, a hands-on training format covering the diagnosis and treatment of TMD, sleep apnea, bruxism, and related conditions.
