Dr. Chris Chang (PhD, DDS)
• Dr. Chris Chang is one of the most expressive names in world Orthodontics,
currently dividing his professional time in his private practice where he attends
to his patients and teaches several courses.
• Is the inventor of OrthoBoneScrews® (OBS) & founder of Beethoven Orthodontic
Center and Newton’s A, Inc. in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
• He received his PhD in Bone Physiology and Certificate in Orthodontics from
Indiana University. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and
an active member of Angle Society-Midwest.
SKILLS
Treatment methods: self-ligating braces; braces; with microimplants; aligners; minimally invasive surgery for orthodontics; orthodontics with tooth extraction; orthodontics without tooth extraction.
Pathologies: tooth dystopia; tooth impaction; diastema; tooth rotation;

General questions: biomechanics in orthodontics; elimination of bad habits; teeth movements; digital orthodontics; diagnostics in orthodontics.
